These terms cover The Football Pool, a private, invite-only NFL pick'em web app operated by Creative Momentum, LLC, including its optional text-message reminders.

The service

Membership is by invitation from the pool's organizer. Members pick the winners of NFL games each week and follow the standings. The Football Pool processes no payments. Please be respectful in the pool's chat; the organizer may remove content or members that aren't.

Text-message reminders

• Program: The Football Pool pick reminders, sent by Creative Momentum, LLC.
• What you receive: a reminder about one hour before a pick deadline, only when you still have picks missing, plus a one-time code to verify your number when you sign up.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, with at most a few texts per week during the NFL season.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages. You can also turn texts off on your Profile page.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact info@creativemomentumllc.net or (973) 330-2270.
• Optional: consent to texts is not a condition of membership.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Game data comes from third-party sources and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect. We are not liable for missed picks or for messages that are delayed or not delivered.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
