Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

This policy explains how Creative Momentum, LLC ("we", "us") handles information in The Football Pool, our private, invite-only NFL pick'em web app, and on this website.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, nickname, and optional profile picture, provided when the pool's organizer invites you or when you edit your profile.
• Pool activity: your weekly picks, scores, and the messages you post in the pool's chat.
• Mobile number (optional): only if you opt in to text reminders, together with a record of your consent and your opt-in or opt-out status.
• Technical information: basic server logs, such as the pages you request, the time, and your browser type, used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To run the pool: record picks, calculate standings, and show them to other pool members.
• To send the reminders you choose: pick-deadline emails, and texts if you opt in.
• To secure and maintain the service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging

Your mobile number is used only to send the messages described on our SMS Program page: pick-deadline reminders and the one-time verification code that confirms your number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

Your picks, nickname, and chat messages are visible to the other members of your pool. Otherwise, information is processed only by the service providers that run the service for us. Amazon Web Services hosts the app and delivers our emails and text messages. We disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

• You can turn email or text reminders off, or remove your mobile number, on your Profile page at any time. A removed number is deleted from your profile.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out immediately.
• To have your account deleted, email us at the address below.

Children

The Football Pool is for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
